The JKA of Bethlehem is directly affiliated with Shotokan Karate-Do International and locally with the JKA of Albany.

About Shotokan Karate-Do International

Shotokan Karate-Do International, operated out of New York City, is directed by Sensei Masataka Mori, 8th Dan (8th degree black belt). It serves as the headquarters for all JKA clubs in the Pan-American region.

Sensei Mori is also the vice-chairman of JKA World Federation. Our affiliation with these organizations ensures the karate we practice at JKA Bethlehem is the same style of traditional Japanese karate taught at JKA dojo’s around the world.

JKA of Bethlehem participates in regional and national tournaments as well as Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter training camps, which are hosted by JKA and its affiliates.
